QTP license key

Has anydbody got license key for QTP 8.2 or a key generator that would be really helpful...

Hi can any one give links to download QTP 8.0... Bcs I have the Siebel add-on for the version 8.0 and its not compatible with Version 9.0 .. alternatively if any one could give the Siebel add-on for Version 9 would be great. ..
